Benefits are broken.
Euphoric fixes them.
One system that brings clarity for leaders and confidence for employees.

Where Euphoric came from
Euphoric started life at Peppy. Over seven years, we worked with leading employers, supporting their people through some of life’s most important health moments. And we kept hearing the same frustration, again and again: “Our benefits are great — but no one really knows what they have.”
Dig a little deeper and the problem was even bigger. Benefits were scattered across providers, platforms, spreadsheets, and regions. Local by design, fragmented by default, and almost impossible to see clearly at either a global or personal level. With no single source of truth, leaders were forced to make high-stakes decisions without a full picture — while employees missed out on potentially life-changing support simply because they couldn’t find it.
So we built something new. Euphoric brings everything together: The GAP, a global benefits command centre that gives organisations clarity and control, and The Navigator, a personalised, joyful experience that helps employees actually discover and use what’s available to them.
As interest grew, it became clear this wasn’t just a feature or a tool; it was a new kind of benefits company. That’s why Euphoric was spun out as an independent business.
Founders
Evan Harris and Max Landry previously co-founded, one of the UK’s most successful employee health benefits companies. After working with more than 250 employers over seven years, they saw a much bigger opportunity: reinventing global employee benefits administration from the ground up using AI. As second-time founders working in the same sector, Evan and Max bring all of their knowledge and relationships into Euphoric. The path to product-market fit was incredibly fast.
Our mission?
To help people everywhere get the support they deserve — by making benefits visible, personal, and genuinely good to use. Benefits that work better for leaders, and feel better for employees. Euphoric, even.
